Abstract
During the implementation of construction projects, there are several obstacles that often occur and can cause delays. According to Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 delays can be subject to a fine of 1/1000 of the contract price. Sulthan Thaha Saifudin if there is a delay, a crash will be carried out on the structural work. the first step is to schedule with the critical path method (CPM) to find activities that are on the critical path, then the activities that are on the critical path are A-C-D-E-H-M-R-S-T-U-V-AA-AF-AK-AP-AU-AZ-BE-BJ-BP-BU. And continued with the crashing process, the crashing process was carried out as many as 27 times, and the duration of the acceleration with the shortest duration is 47,9 weeks with a total cost of Rp. 59.994.037.723. And for the optimal duration and cost after the crashing process on structural work in this study, the duration is 54,7 weeks. where in that duration has a total cost of Rp. 59.772.400.824,. Keywords : Duration, Cost, Network, CPM Method, Crashing Method Saat pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi terdapat beberapa hambatan yang sering terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan.Menurut perpres No.54 Tahun 2010 keterlambatan dapat dikenanakan denda sebesar 1/1000 dari harga kontrak.keterlambatan dapat diatasi dengan melakukan percepatan,seperti pada pekerjaan struktur proyek pembangunan ruang kelas UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifudin terjadi keterlambatan maka akan dilakukan crashing pada pekerjaan struktur. langkah pertama yaitu melakukan penjadwalan dengan metode critical path method (CPM) untuk mencari aktivitas yang berada pada jalur kritis,maka aktivitas yang berada pada jalur kritis ialah A-C-D-E-H-M-R-S-T-U-V-AA-AF-AK-AP-AU-AZ-BE-BJ-BP-BU.Dan dilanjutkan dengan proses crashing proses crashing ini dilakukan sebanyak 17 kali,dan durasi percepatan dengan durasi terpendek ialah 47,9 minggu dengan total biaya Rp. 59.994.037.723.Dan untuk durasi dan biaya optimal setelah proses crashing pada pekerjaan struktur dalam penelititan ini ialah durasi 54,7 minggu. dimana pada durasi tersebut memiliki total biaya sebesar Rp. 59.772.400.824,.
