Abstract
he design and development of Transit Orientated Development is the development of areas that aim to optimize the function of public transportation and provide public and non-public facilities around the transit node that aims to support the transit node and accommodate various types of community activities such as mobility, accessibility , and social between individuals and groups. Optimizing the public transportation function is supported by facilities that refer to the needs and prevailing ergonomic standards, bearing in mind that users of the facility come from various groups of people including people with disabilities who need a variety of special treatment in accessibility, these things are trying to be met so that it is expected with transportation integrity adequate will reduce the use of private vehicles. This design carries the theme "One Habitat: Walkability & sustainable development implementation" in which the concept represents the goals and contents in a design that implements all humane needs such as accessibility, social, facility worthiness and sustainable architecture that focuses on optimizing solar energy and water which aims to respond to site conditions. Keywords: Architecture, Transit Oriented Development, accessibility, sustainable Perancangan dan pengembangan kawasan berorintasi transit atau sering disebut Transit Orientated Development merupakan pengembangan kawasan yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi transportasi umum serta memberikan fasilitas public dan non public di sekitar simpul transit yang bertujuan untuk mendukung simpul transit tersebut serta menampung berbagai macam kegiatan masyarakat seperti mobilitas, aksesibilitas, serta bersosial antar individu maupun kelompok. Pengoptimalan fungsi transportasi umum didukung dengan fasilitas yang mengacu pada kebutuhan dan standart ergonomic yang berlaku, mengingat pengguna fasilitas tersebut berasal dari berbagai macam golongan masyarakat termasuk penyandang disabilitas yang memerlukan berbagai macam perlakuan khusus dalam aksesibilitas, hal-hal tersebut berusaha dipenuhi sehingga diharapkan dengan integritas transportasi yang memadai akan mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Pada perancangan ini mengusung tema “One Habitat: Walkability & suistainable development implementation” yang mana konsep tersebut mewakili tujuan dan isi didalam perancangan yang menerapkan segala kebutuhan yang bersifat manusiawi seperti aksesibilitas, bersosial, kelayakan fasilitas serta arsitektur berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada pengoptimalan energy matahari serta air yang bertujuan menanggapi kondisi site.
