Abstract

The problems raised in this study are how the influence of capital expenditure, company growth, and firm size variables on firm value through financial performance are moderated by the capital structure of the company in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange This study aims to analyze the influence of these variables, and contribute in the form of information that is beneficial for investors, owners, and company management in decision making. The selection of variables is based on relevant theory and references to the results of previous studies related to this study. The research methodology uses quantitative methods, the number of observations is 50 which are sourced from 45 co mpanies over 5 annual periods. The results of this study found that: (1) Capital Expenditure (Capex) does not affect the Company Value (PBV). (2) Capital Expenditure (Capex) does not affect financial performance (ROE), (3) Company growth (Growth) has no influence on Company Value (PBV), (4) Corporate growth (Growth) has a significant effect on ROE, ( 5) Company Size (Size) has no effect on Company Value (PBV). (6) Company Size (Size) has an influence on Financial Performance (ROE), (7) Financial Performance (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Company Value (PBV). (8) Financial Performance (ROE) does not mediate the relationship between Capital Expenditure (Capex) to Corporate Value (PBV), (9) Financial Performance (ROE) mediates the relationship between Corporate Growth (Growth) and Corporate Value (PBV). (10) Financial Performance (ROE) mediates the relationship between Company Size (Size) and Company Value (PBV). (11) Capital Structure (DER) moderates the effect of financial performance (ROE) on firm value (PBV). Keyword: Capital Expenditre, Company Growth, Company Size, Financial Performance, Capital Structure, Company Value Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh variabel capital expenditure, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kinerja keuangan yang dimoderasi oleh Struktur modal pada perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel tersebut, dan memberikan kontribusi dalam bentuk informasi yang bermanfaat bagi investor, pemilik, dan manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pemilihan variabel didasarkan pada teori yang relevan dan referensi hasil penelitian terdahulu yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 50 yang bersumber dari 45 perusahaan selama 5 periode tahunan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) Capital Expenditurem (Capex) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). (2) Capital Expenditure (Capex) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja keuangan (ROE), (3)Pertubuhan perusahaan (Growth) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (4) Pertubuhan perusahaa (Growth) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE, (5) Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). (6) Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROE), (7) Kinerja Keuangan (ROE) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). (8) Kinerja Keuangan (ROE) tidak memediasi pengaruh Capital Expenditure (Capex) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (9) Kinerja Keuangan(ROE) memediasi pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan (Growth) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). (10) Kinerja Keuangan(ROE) memediasi pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). (11) Struktur Modal (DER) memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
