Abstract

The objectives of the study were to find out The Influence of The Competency of Human Resource and Implementation of Internal Control System through Non Performing Finance and The Impact to the Sustainanbility Entity (Survey in BPRS on the Jabodetabek). Quantitative study was used in constructing the research with the Employes and Management in BPRS on the Jabodetabek as respondent. SEM PLS was used in analyzing the data. The result of the analysis show that competency of human resource has significant influence on the non performing finance, implementation of internal control system has signicant influence on the non performing finance and non performing finance has a significant influence impact on sustainability entity KEYWORD : Competency of Human Resource, Implementation of Internal Control, Non Performing Finance and Sustainability Entity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Internal terhadap Non Performing Finance dan Dampaknya pada Keberlangsungan Usaha Entitas (Survei pada BPRS di Wilayah Jabodetabek). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Karyawan dan Manajemen BPRS di wilayah Jabodetabek sebagai responden. SEM PLS digunakan sebagai alat yang digunakan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap non performing finance sedangkan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing finance. Non performing finance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha entitas.
