Abstract

Labor is one of the influencing factors in a construction work. This is because construction projects are work that requires labor and the majority is done manually. The productivity of labor is one of the determining factors for the success of a construction project. The productivity value is based on SNI No. 7394 of 2008 is an increase of 2.98 m2 / hour. In measuring the level of labor productivity there are various ways, one of which is by examining the magnitude of the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) level with the work sampling method where workers are grouped according to their activities. The research was conducted by examining the activities of groups of workers in one work cycle. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness (productivity) of the workforce in the work cycle of wiremesh floor slabs in the field. This research was conducted in the Urban Sky Bekasi Apartment project by observing the activity of workers in the work cycle of cleaning floor plates in the field. From the results of data collection, data processing is carried out to obtain the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value. From the data analysis that has been done, it is found that the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value of the ironworker group in the ironwork floor plate wiremesh installation is 58.82%. It shows that the effectiveness (productivity) of workers in the floor plate iron installation cycle is still normal, because the LUF value exceeds 50%. Keywords: Labor, Productivity, LUF, Work Sampling, Wiremesh Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu factor berpengaruh dalam sebuah pekerjaan konstruksi. Hal tersebut disebabkan pada proyek konstruksi merupakan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja dan mayoritas dikerjakan secara manual. Produktivitas dari tenaga kerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan sebuah proyek konstruksi Nilai produktifitas berdasarkan SNI No. 7394 Tahun 2008 adalah penulangan sebesar 2,98 m2/jam. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja ada berbagai macam cara, salah satunya yaitu dengan meneliti besarnya tingkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dengan metode work sampling dimana pekerja dikelompokan menurut aktifitas kegiatan nya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meneliti aktifitas kelompok pekerja dalam satu siklus pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (produktivitas) dari tenaga kerja pada siklus pekerjaan pembesian wiremesh plat lantai dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek Apartemen Urban Sky Bekasi dilakukan dengan cara observasi mengamati aktivitas dari pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan pembesian wiremesh plat lantai dilapangan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dilakukan proses pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari kelompok pekerja pembesian pada pekerjaan pemasangan besi wiremesh plat lantai yaitu sebesar 58,82%. Menunjukan bahwa efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja pada siklus pemasangan besi plat lantai masih normal, dikarenakan nilia LUF melebihi 50%.
