Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership style and corporate culture towards the employee engagement of Allianz Star Network Indonesia. The research data are the primary data compile directly from the population consisting of 840 insurance sales agents, 132 insurance sales agents to be sample using non probability sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linier regression. The result showed that leadership style and corporate culture simultaneously are having significant influence to the employee engagement. Partially leadership style had significantly influenced on the employee engagement. Corporate culture is the biggest significant variable influencing the employee engagement of Allianz Star Network Indonesia. Keyword: Leadership Style, Corporate culture, Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya perusahaan terhadap employee engagement pada Allianz Star Network Indonesia. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari populasi keseluruhan 840 agen asuransi dan 132 agen asuransi sebagai sampel dengan metode non-probability sampling.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya perusahaan bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee engagement Allian Star network Indonesia, sedangkan budaya perusahaan juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee engagement pada Allianz Star Network Indonesia. Budaya perusahaan merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap employee engagement pada Allianz Star Network Indonesia.
