Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see whether there is a relationship between learning agility with employee performance at the headquarters employees of PT. BANK YZO Jakarta. Respondents in this study amounted to 102 employees who work at the headquarters of PT. BANK YZO with a minimum level of Adm Staff positions. Sampling research using the accidental sampling method. This research instrument uses a modified measuring instrument with a total of 34 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) and 23 items for employee performance (Pradhan & Jena 2017). To test the hypothesis in this study used Pearson correlation techniques. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning agility and employee performance at the headquarters employees of PT. BANK YZO Jakarta, the higher the employee performance they have Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara learning agility dengan employee performance pada karyawan kantor pusat PT. BANK YZO Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 102 karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT. BANK YZO dengan minimal level jabatan Staf Adm. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil modifikasi dengan total 34 item untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dan 23 item untuk employee performance (Pradhan & Jena 2017). Untuk menguji hipotesa dalam penelitiian ini digunakan teknik korelasi pearson. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara learning agility dengan employee performance pada karyawan kantor pusat PT. BANK YZO Jakarta, maka semakin tinggi pula employee performance yang dimiliki pada dirinya. Kata Kunci: learning agility, employee performance, kinerja
