Abstract
The research was done at PT Cafom Sourcing which engaged in Furniture Company that based in France and have several office in Southern Asia, especially for this research we used Indonesian office as the main object. With adequate human resources, a company can provide the best quality, survive and excel in competitions. Companies need to maintain the existing human resources by reducing employee turnover rate. In examining the level of Turnover Intention, some factor should be considered which is Career Development, Organization Culture and Leadership. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the Career Development, Organization Culture, and Leadership on Turnover Intention at PT. Cafom Sourcing partially and simultaneously. The research data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires to 42 employees of PT. Cafom Sourcing as a respondent by using simple and multiple regression analysis. Keywords: Turnover, Turnover Intention, Career Development, Organizational Culture, Leadership Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Cafom Sourcing yang bergerak di bidang Furnitre. PT. Cafom Sourcing sebagai perusahaan furniture yang berkantor pusat di Perancis dan memiliki beberapa cabang di Asia Tenggara, untuk penelitian ini objek yang diteliti adalah kantor Indonesia. .Dengan memiliki SDM yang memadai, sebuah perusahaan bisa memberikan kualitas terbaik, bertahan dan unggul dalam kompetisi. Perusahaan perlu mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang ada dengan mengurangi tingkat Turnover Karyawan. Dalam meneliti tingkat Turnover Intention sebaiknya dipertimbangkan faktor Pengembangan Karir, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Cafom Sourcing secara parsial dan simultan. Data Penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 42 karyawan PT. Cafom Sourcing sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda.
