Abstract

This research is conducted to identify whether there is influence between organizational culture variables, leadership and compensation on employee performance PT. XYZ either partially or simultaneously. This parametric statistical research method uses quantitative design of multiple linear regression analysis which then processing data processed with SPSS program 24. The number of respondents as many as 172 employees and research instruments used in the form of structured questionnaires with likert scale, consisting of 57 statements prepared based on indicators and dimensions that support each research variable. Result of research indicate that Organizational Culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance at PT. XYZ. Which means that with the implementation of organizational culture conducted by all employees then simultaneously can have a positive effect on employee performance. Likewise, the leadership applied in leading an institution or company in need of a wise leader and understand the situation and conditions that occur in the company then based on the analysis that has been made by the author hence the positive influence of the relationship between leadership on employee performance PT XYZ. Variable compensation is also one of the variables that positively affect the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. So from the variables of organizational culture, leadership and compensation simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian statistis parametrik ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang kemudian pengolahan datanya diproses dengan program SPSS 24. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 172 karyawan dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala likert, terdiri dari 57 pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi yang mendukung masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Yang berarti bahwa dengan adanya penerapan budaya organisasi yang dilakukan oleh seluruh karyawan maka secara simultan dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian juga dengan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dalam memimpin suatu lembaga atau perusahaan di butuhkan pemimpin yang bijak dan memahami situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut maka berdasarkan analisis yang telah di buat oleh penulis maka adanya pengaruh yang positif hubungan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT XYZ. Variable kompensasi juga merupakan salah satu variable yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Sehingga dari variable-variabel budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi , Kinerja Karyawan.
