Abstract
In the implementation of construction projects, there is little possibility that according to the planned schedule, there are many obstacles that result in delays in completing the work, so that the completion time does not match what is stated in the work contract document, which will also affect the implementation costs. This also happened in the implementation of the construction of ammunition warehouses. This study aims to control the implementation of the project, especially in terms of cost and time in the ammunition warehouse construction project by applying the Lean Six Sigma and Time Cost Trade Off methods to determine the work schedule that is included in the critical path and affects the cost of implementing construction projects. From the results of the study obtained 10 factors that affect the time and cost performance in applying the Lean Six Sigma and Time Cost Trade Off methods in the construction of the ammunition warehouse project, where from the results of the application of the Time Cost Trade Off method, the time optimization is 34.69% and with applying the Lean Six Sigma method, the cost optimization was 4.24%. Keywords: lean six sigma, time cost trade off, ammunition warehouse, cost and time Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengontrol pelaksanaan proyek khususnya dari segi biaya dan waktu pada proyek pembangunan gudang amunisi dengan menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma dan Time Cost Trade Off untuk mengetahui jadwal pekerjaan yang masuk dalam jalur kritis dan berpengaruh terhadap biaya pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 10 faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu dan biaya dalam menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma dan Time Cost Trade Off pada pembangunan proyek gudang amunisi, dimana dari hasil penerapan metode Time Cost Trade Off didapatkan optimasi waktu sebesar 34,69% dan dengan menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma didapatkan optimasi biaya sebesar 4,24%.
