Abstract

Public Relations role is very important to maintain the condition of the company. The company's crisis that occurred at PT Panorama JTB Tours due to the spread of corona virus that has not been resolved has an impact on the decline of customers at PT Panorama JTB Tours engaged in tourism services. In maintaining customers, a public relations strategy is important to maintain good relations and customer trust. This research aims to get an overview of PT Panorama JTB Tours' Public Relations Strategy in Retaining Customers Amid the Coronavirus Outbreak in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach. The paradigm used is post positivistic with qualitative case-study research method. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. Interviews were conducted on four informants, three of whom were workers at PT Panorama JTB Tours and one customer at PT Panorama JTB Tours. The results of this study explain the use of The Four Planning Process of Public Relations Strategy of PT Panorama JTB Tours in maintaining customers in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak in Indonesia. Researchers concluded that the Four Planning Process of Public Relations Strategy of PT Panorama JTB Tours in maintaining customers in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak in Indonesia include conducting situation analysis, planning and programming, taking action and communication and evaluating programs at PT Panorama JTB Tours. Keywords : Public Relations, Public Relations Strategy, PT Panorama JTB Tours Public Relations berperan sangat penting untuk mempertahankan kondisi perusahaan. Krisis perusahaan yang terjadi di PT Panorama JTB Tours akibat penyebaran virus corona yang belum dapat diselesaikan memberi dampak penurunan pelanggan di PT Panorama JTB Tours yang bergerak dibidang jasa pariwisata. Dalam mempertahankan pelanggan, strategi public relations penting dilakukan agar hubungan baik dan kepercayaan pelanggan tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang Strategi Public Relations PT Panorama JTB Tours Dalam Mempertahankan Pelanggan Ditengah Wabah Virus Corona Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah post positivistic dengan metode penelitian studi kasus-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat informan yang tiga diantaranya merupakan pekerja di PT Panorama JTB Tours dan satu orang pelanggan di PT Panorama JTB Tours. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan penggunaan Empat Proses Perencanaan Strategi Public Relations PT Panorama JTB Tours dalam mempertahankan pelanggan ditengah wabah virus corona di Indonesia. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Empat Proses Perencanaan Strategi Public Relations PT Panorama JTB Tours dalam mempertahankan pelanggan ditengah wabah virus corona di Indonesia diantaranya melakukan analisis situasi, perencanaan dan pemograman, mengambil tindakan dan komunikasi serta mengevaluasi program di PT Panorama JTB Tours.
