Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, compensation, and work stress on Turnover Intention in employees of PT POS Indonesia, Central Jakarta branch office. The subjects in this study were all employees of PT POS Indonesia, Central Jakarta branch. The sample used was 67 respondents. The sampling technique uses a questionnaire. With likert quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Compensation has not a significant positive effect on Turnover Intenton. Job stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job satisfaction, Compensation, job stress, Turnover intention, PT POS Indonesia Central Jakarta branch Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerja, kompensasi,Dan stres kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT POS Indonesia kantor cabang Jakarta Pusat. Subject pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT POS Indonesia cabang Jakarta Pusat. Sample yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Kuesioner. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intenton. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan kerja, Kompensasi, stres kerja, Turnover intention, PT POS Indonesia cabang Jakarta Pusat
