Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan trasformasional, pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi melalui pengembangan karir terhadap Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 pegawai pada Pusdiklat BSSN. Kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan Skala Likert pada Kuesioner dengan 5 tingkat jawaban. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Instrumen survei kuesioner dikirimkan secara acak kepada pegawai Pusdiklat BSSN. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM ( structural equation modeling) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.2.7 Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi melalui pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan dengan menggunakan full madiasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pelatihan dimediasi melalui pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan dengan menggunakan mediasi parsial. Maka penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai dimediasi melalui pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan trasformasional, pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan kinerja The purpose of this research is to understand and explain the influence of the trasformasional leadership, training and employee performance mediated through career development at Pusdiklat BSSN. The methodology used a quantitative approach, where the population of the research is 75 employees at pusdiklat BSSN. The questionnaire to respondents using likert scale on how to do with 5 much of the answer Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Surveying instrument questionnaires were sent randomly to employees pusdiklat BSSN. Data analyzed using SEM ( structural equation modeling) using smart PLS ( partial least square ) 3.2.7 version. This study reveals that transformational leadership, on employee performance mediated through career development has a significant positive influence by using full madiation and transformational leadership on training mediated through career development has a significant positive influence by using partial mediation.
