Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengujian impak merupakan suatu upaya untuk mensimulasikan kondisi operasi material yang sering ditemui dalam perlengkapan transportasi atau konstruksi dimana beban tidak selamanya terjadi secara perlahan-lahan melainkan datang secara tibatiba. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan material, proses dan parameter pembuatan alat uji impak yang efisien dan paling efektif. Metodologi penentuan menggunakan Decision matrix exsponensial MPE. Penentuan material dipilih alternative, baja S45C dang Ingot Aluminium. Penentuan Proses dipilih pemesinan dan pengecoran. Untuk penentuan parameter meliputi kecepatan potong, kecepatan putaran mesin, kecepatan pemakanan, waktu pemesinan. Alat ini menghasilkan alat uji impak Charpy yang memiliki kekuatan maksimal 4 Joule yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian maupun praktikum khususnya dalam pengujian material polimer Kata kunci : impak charpy, Decision matrix exsponensial, Polimer SELECTION MATERIAL ANALYSIS AND MACHINE PROCESS USING DECISION METRICULATION METHOD IN CHARPY IMPACT TEST MACHINE SPECIAL TESTING POLYMER MATERIALS ABSTRACT Impact testing is an attempt to simulate the material operating conditions that are often encountered in transportation or construction equipment where the load does not always occur slowly but comes suddenly. The aim of this research is to determine the materials, processes and parameters for making efficient and most effective impact test equipment. Determination methodology using MPE Decision matrix. Determination of alternative selected materials, S45C steel and Ingot Aluminum. Determination of the selected machining and casting Process. For the determination of parameters including cutting speed, engine rotation speed, feed speed, machining time.
