Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Dan Ruas Jalan Dengan Metode Mkji Di Simpang Tol Timur A (Jl. H. M Joyo Martono) Kota Bekasi. Nama : Sonny Christopher Hamonangan, NIM : 41116320036, Dosen Pembimbing : Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST, SMc 2018 Jalan Raya H.M Joyo Martono merupakan salah satu akses untuk menuju ke arah pintu Tol Bekasi Timur dan juga ke Bulak Kapal, simpang tol Bekasi Timur kerapkali mengalami kemacetan lalu-lintas disebabkan oleh banyaknya aktivitas hambatan samping seperti keluar masuknya kendaran yang dapat menghambat pergerakan arus lalu-lintas pada simpang dan ruas jalan tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan simpang tak bersinyal dan kinerja ruas jalan saat ini, di ukur berdasarkan kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan, waktu tempuh dan tingkat pelayanan (Level of Services). Data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisa simpang tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan H.MJoyo Martono , Kota Bekasi adalah data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, data hambatan samping, data hasil survey lalu lintas pada jam – jam sibuk yang di anggap dapat mewakili dengan metode survey perhitungan arus lalu-lintas (Traf ic Counting) dan penggunaan kendaraan survey untuk mendapatkan data kecepatan rata - rata. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi dan jumlah penduduk. Dan menggunakan prosedur analisis ruas jalan perkotaan yang mengacu pada (MKJI 1997). Setelah data yang diperlukan sudah didapat, lalu masukan data sesuai tabel atau rumus – rumus yang mengacu pada MKJI 1997 dan untuk mendapatkan nilai tingkat pelayanan jalan sehingga hasil dari pengolahan data bisa maksimal dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada di Indonesia. Name: Sonny Christopher Hamonangan, NIM: 41116320036, Supervisor: Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST, SMc 2018 Jalan Raya HM Joyo Martono is one of the access to get to the East Bekasi toll gate and also to Bulak Kapal, East Bekasi toll road intersection often experiences traf ic congestion due to the many activities of side obstacles such as the entry and exit of vehicles that can hamper the flow of past flows- crossing at the intersection and the road section. This study aims to determine the state of unsignalized intersections and current road performance, measured by capacity, degree of saturation, speed, travel time and service level (Level of Services). The data needed in the process of unmarked intersection analysis and HM Joyo Martono road segment, Bekasi City are primary data in the form of road geometric data, side barriers data, traf ic survey results data at rush hour which is considered to represent the calculation survey method. traf ic flow (Traffic Counting) and the use of survey vehicles to get average speed data. As well as secondary data in the form of maps of location and population. And using the procedure of urban road analysis that refers to (MKJI 1997). After the required data has been obtained, then enter the data according to the table or formula - formula that refers to MKJI 1997 and to get the value of the level of road service so that the results of data processing can be maximum and in accordance with the regulations in Indonesia.
