Abstract
This study aimed to determine the demographic of the organizational commitment on employees of PT.X. The subjects of this study was 103 respondents. This type of research is descriptive statistics. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. Measuring instruments used in this study a questionnaire using Likert scale; consists of 18 statements compiled as indicators. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment of PT.X employees was on average at a medium and high level. With a high normative commitment dimension value of 26.21% so that employees have a high normative commitment dimension. Keyword : Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran demografis komitmen organisasi karyawan PT.X. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 103 orang responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Metode sampling pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner menggunakan skala likert; terdiri dari 18 pernyataan yang disusun sebagai indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi karyawan PT.X rata-rata berada pada tingkat sedang dan tinggi. Dengan nilai dimensi komitmen normative tinggi sebesar 26,21% sehingga karyawan memiliki dimensi komitmen normative yang tinggi. Kata Kunci : komitmen organisasi
