Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, and service quality on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace. This research was conducted on 180 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and used purposive sampling for sampling. The data analysis used was SEM-PLS where data processing used the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that trust, convenience and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaam, kemudahan, dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee. penelitian ini dilakukan pada 180 responden dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuesioner dan menggunakan purposif sampling untuk pengambilan sample. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dimana pengolahan data menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, kemudahan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
