Abstract
ABSTRAK Film merupakan media komunikasi audio visual yang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan pesan tertentu kepada orang lain atau sekelompok orang. Film sendiri mampu mengirim pesan dengan banyak tujuan, ada yang untuk sekedar hiburan, pesan moral, pendidikan, informasi dan lain sebagainya. Semiologi hendak mempelajari bagaimana kemanusiaan (humanity) memaknai hal – hal (things). Memaknai, dalam hal ini tidak dapat disamakan dengan mengkomunikasikan. Memaknai berarti bahwa objek – objek tidak hanya membawa informasi, dalam hal mana objek – objek itu hendak berkomunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Semiotika adalah suatu ilmu atau metode analisis untuk mengkaji tanda. Tanda-tanda adalah perangkat yang kita pakai dalam upaya berusaha mencari jalan di dunia ini, ditengah-tengah manusia dan bersama-sama manusia. Hasil Penelitian Film merupakan media komunikasi audio visual yang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan pesan tertentu kepada orang lain. Kata Kunci : Film, Semiologi, Pahlawan Abstract Film is an audio visual communication medium that functions to convey certain messages to other people or groups of people. The film itself is able to send messages with many purposes, some are for entertainment, moral messages, education, information and so on. Semiology wants to learn how humanity interprets things. Meaning, in this case it cannot be equated with communicating. Meaning means that objects do not only carry information, in which case they want to communicate. The method used in this research is Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis method. Semiotics is a science or method of analysis to study signs. Signs are the tools we use in an effort to try to find a way in this world, in the midst of humans and with humans. Film Research Results is an audio visual communication media that functions to convey certain messages to others. Keywords: Film, Semiology, Heroes
