Abstract

The hotel is one of the lodging places that people who are on vacation are always looking for. Being one of the places for tourists to rest, this is a challenge for lodging service providers, how to make the visitors who come feel comfortable and feel like someday coming back again. This of course can also be affected by the existing facilities around the hotel, one of which is the proximity to restaurant facilities. House is a primary need for humans. Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live and to have a good and healthy living environment which is a basic human need. Keywords: Hotel, Restaurant and House Hotel merupakan salah satu tempat penginapan yang selalu di cari oleh orang-orang yang sedang berlibur. Menjadi salah satu tempat bagi para wisatawan untuk beristirahat, hal ini menjadi sebuah tantang tersendiri bagi para penyedia jasa penginapan, bagaimana membuat para pengujung yang datang merasa nyaman dan merasa ingin suatu saat datang kembali lagi. Hal ini tentunya juga dapat di pengaruhi oleh fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada disekeliling hotel tersebut, salah satunya ialah dekat dengan fasilitas rumah makan (restauran). Rumah merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi manusia. Setiap orang berhak hidup sejahtera lahir dan batin, bertempat tinggal dan mendapatkan lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Kata kunci : Hotel, Rumah Makan dan Rumah Tinggal
