Abstract

This simple apartment is specifically for low-income people located in slum areas, seeing the limited land for shelter and due to complex problems related to settlement arrangements such as utilities, healthy homes, social and spatial planning. So rearrangement is needed by choosing a simple flat as an alternative to the main choice. In designing this simple flats, it takes a variety of methods, such as the vertical housing method to answer the problem of settlement arrangement, in order to meet the many needs for housing. Then the method of structuring the utility is sustainable in order to facilitate the survival of the moment this and the future, and flexible and effective spatial planning methods meet many needs, both individual and social. So that problems related to residence can be minimized. The design of simple flats using a sustainable building approach, it is hoped that later buildings can create sustainability for users and the surrounding environment. The emergence of a balance with nature, social life that is maintained, and the growth of user survival who is able to support their quality of life. Key words: Flats, low income, settlement, slum. Rumah susun sederhana milik ini di khusukan untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang berlokasi di permukiman kumuh, Melihat keterbatasan lahan untuk tempat hunian dan karena permasalahan kompleks yang terkait penataan pemukiman seperti utilitas, rumah sehat, sosial, dan penataan ruang. Maka dibutuhkan penataan ulang kembali dengan memilih rumah susun sederhana sebagai alternatif pilihan utama. Dalam mendisain rumah susun sederhana ini dibutuhkan berbagai macam metode, seperti metode hunian vertikal untuk menjawab permasalahan penataan pemukiman, guna memenuhi banyaknya kebutuhan tempat hunian. Lalu metode penataan utilitas yang keberlanjutan guna memudahkan keberlangsungan hidup saat ini dan yang akan datang, dan metode penataan ruang yang fleksibel dan tegas guna memenuhi kebutuhan yang banyak, baik terkait individu maupun sosial. Sehingga permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan tempat tinggal dapat diminimalisir. Perancangan rumah susun sederhana menggunakan pendekatan sustainable building, diharapkan nantinya bangunan yang dapat menimbulkan keberlanjutan untuk pengguna dan lingkungan sekitar. Timbulnya keseimbangan dengan alam, kehidupan sosial yang tetap terjaga, serta pertumbuhan keberlangsungan hidup pengguna yang mampu menunjang kualitas hidupnya.
