Abstract
Magelang is a district that has beautiful nature, has a rural environment with cool air and fantastic natural scenery. Many private parties are serious in building natural tourist attractions. Apart from its close location to the Borobudur temple, Magelang is often a stopover for traders and tourists. Apart from that, Magelang is a beautiful city that is neatly arranged complete with culinary tours and shopping. With the potential of the natural environment that is owned by Magelang district, it makes a basic concept in designing hotels, restaurants, offices and residences. This potential can become a solution or response as an alternative design that will be designed by combining 3 (three) elements, namely Nature, Ecology, and Place. The three elements above become a basic concept that is interconnected to create a design in order to accommodate the needs of users as land users or places wanting a place to live in a beautiful natural environment with environmentally friendly insights. Keywords : Magelang, Green Architecture, Boutique Hotel, Restaurant, Office, Housing. Kabupaten Magelang adalah sebuah kabupaten yang memiliki alam yang masih asri, mempunyai lingkungan pedesaan dengan udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan alam yang fantastis. Banyak pihak swasta yang serius dalam membangun tempat – tempat wisata alam. Selain lokasinya yang dekat dengan candi Borobudur, Magelang sering menjadi tempat persinggahan bagi para pedagang dan turis. Selain dari pada itu, Magelang merupakan kota cantik yang tertata rapi lengkap dengan wisata kuliner dan belanja. Dengan potensi lingkungan alam yang dimiliki oleh kabupaten Magelang, menjadikan sebuah konsep dasar pada sebuah perancangan Hotel, Restoran, Kantor, dan Rumah Tinggal. Potensi inilah yang dapat mejadi solusi atau tanggapan sebagai alternatif desain yang akan dirancang dengan memadukan 3 (tiga) unsur, yaitu Nature, Ecology, and Place. Ketiga unsur diatas mejadi sebuah konsep dasar yang saling berhubungan untuk menciptakan suatu rancangan agar dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan user sebagai pengguna lahan atau tempat yang menginginkan sebuah tempat tinggal di lingkungan alam yang masih asri dengan wawasan ramah lingkungan.
