Abstract

Jakarta is a city with a dense population, this has triggered a lot of illegal buildings in Jakarta. And also building prices and building rental prices are getting higher in Jakarta, not proportional to the income of its citizens. This has also led to the problem of rampant illegal construction in Jakarta. Because of this problem, the government made a policy, namely by making flats with affordable rental prices for low-income residents. People in DKI Jakarta are very diverse, because people in Jakarta can say that most of them are migrants from other areas. So that their lifestyle in the village sometimes gets carried away when he lives in Jakarta. as an example that is common, the majority of people's lifestyle in Jakarta cannot be separated from socializing. So that the association is often carried out by the people of Jakarta where he lives. Because of the culture of the community, the government does not only make flats but the government also thinks about the accommodation of the people who will be relocated with this cultural background so that it is hoped that the people who live in these flats feel comfortable and at home. Keywords: Flats, Population density, Rusunawa, Government Jakarta merupakan kota dengan penduduknya yang padat, hal ini memicu banyak nya bangunan liar yang berada di Jakarta. Dan juga harga bangunan maupun harga sewa bangunan semakin tinggi di Jakarta, tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan warganya. Hal ini juga menyebabkan masalah maraknya bangunan liar di Jakarta. Karna permasalahan ini pemerintah membuat kebijakan yaitu dengan membuat rumah susun dengan harga sewa yang terjangkau untuk warga berpenghasilan rendah. Masyarakat di DKI Jakarta sangat beragam, di karenakan masyarakat di Jakata ini dapat di bilang sebagian besar merupakan perantau dari daerah lain. Sehingga gaya hidup mereka di desa kadang terbawa ketika dia bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. sebagai contoh yang sudah umum mayoritas gaya hidup masyarakat di Jakarta tidak lepas dengan yang namanya bersosialisasi. Sehingga perkumpulan seringkali di lakukan oleh masyarakat Jakarta di tempat dia bermukim. Karena budaya masyarakat tadi pemerintah tidak hanya membuat rumah susun namun pemerintah juga memikirkan untuk akomodasi masyarakat yang akan direlokasi dengan latar belakang budaya tersebut sehingga diharpakan masyarakat yang menempati Rumah susun tersebut merasa nyaman dan betah.
