Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surganya Motor Indonesia Cabang Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 50 orang yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This research is to know the influence of leadership style and Work Motivation on employees performance in PT Surganya Motor Indonesia Semarang Branch. The population of this research is 50 people who are permanent employees. The sample used in this study was 50 people using the saturated sample technique. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrumen is a questionnaire. The methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression techniques with the tools of software SPSS version 21. The result found that leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect to employee performance, and work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect to employee performance.
