Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the potentials in the development of an asset that has an impact on the source of income of a city or country. Therefore, a nation that has natural beauty and cultural diversity has more value in increasing the tourism sector. In order to support this potential, supporting facilities and infrastructure such as hotels and offices are needed. With the application of vernacular architectural concepts as well as energy-saving systems in buildings, the use of local materials is the main feature of the building and the taking of ornament patterns and building mass forms derived from local cultural culture becomes a characteristic or icon in the building. Keywords: Architecture, art, Central Java. Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu potensi dalam pengembangan sebuah asset yang berdampak pada sumber penghasilan suatu kota ataupun negara. Karenanya, bangsa yang mrmiliki keindahan alam serta keanekaragaman budaya memiliki nilai lebih dalam peningkatan sector pariwisata. Guna menunjang potensi tersebut dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung seperti hotel dan office salah satu solusinya. Dengan penerapan konsep arsitektur vernacular dan juga sistem hemat energy pada bangunannya, Penggunaan material local menjadi ciri utama bangunan serta pengambilan pola ornament dan bentuk masa bangunan yang berasal dari kultur kebudayaan setempat menjadikan ciri atau icon pada bangunan. Kata Kunci: Arsitektur,seni,Jawa Tengah.
