Abstract

Leadership Style Organizations in the company are needed, the leader must have different communication styles and communication styles also determine how the team can walk to achieve goals together. The reason for the research on the Daily Cash as the author's research material is because the writer sees something very interesting in the Daily Cash editorial organization that has dual authority. Research conducted by researchers refers to theory as a basis for research. Researchers refer to the organizational theory of the 4 systems of the Likert Lensis namely: Exploitative - Authoritative, Benevolen - Authoritative, Consultative, and Participatory Groups. Literature review used to support this thesis is Communication, Communication in organizations, companies as organizations, leadership in organizations, leadership styles in organizations, leadership traits, leadership styles with multiple authorities. The results of the study can be concluded that the leadership style with dual authority refers to 5 leadership styles, there is a mixture of leadership types used in leading as well as an agreement on the division of labor between the two managing editors regarding existing authorities. Keywords : Leadership style, Multiple Leadership Styles, Multhy Authority Form Gaya Kepemimpinan Organisasi di perusahaan sangat diperlukan, pimpinan pasti mempunyai gaya komunikasi yang berbeda-beda dan gaya komunikasi juga menentukan bagaimana tim dapat berjalan untuk bersama-sama mencapai tujuan. Alasan penelitian pada Harian Kontan sebagai bahan penelitian penulis adalah dikarenakan penulis melihat hal yang sangat menarik di organisasi redaksi Harian Kontan terdapat kewenangan ganda. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengacu pada teori sebagai sebuah dasar penelitian. Peneliti mengacu pada teori organisasi 4 sistem dari Lensis Likert yaitu : Eksploitatif – Otoritatif, Benevolen – Otoritatif, Konsultatif, dan Kelompok Partisipatif. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan untuk mendukung skripsi ini adalah Komunikasi, Komunikasi dalam organisasi, perusahaan sebagai organisasi, kepemimpinan dalam organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi, cirri-ciri kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan dengan kewenangan ganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dengan kewenangan ganda mengacu pada 5 gaya kepemimpinan, adanya campuran tipe kepemimpinan yang digunakan dalam memimpin serta kesepakatan pembagian kerja antara kedua managing editor mengenai kewenangan-kewenangan yang ada.
