Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan kepuasan terhadap kinerja personil. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh personil biro kepegawaian setjen kemhan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 100 personil. Sampel penelitian untuk populasi 100 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Personil. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Personil. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Personil. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Kepuasan, Kinerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this reseach are to analyze the influence of discipline, motivation and satisfaction on personnel performance. The population used as the object in the study were all personnel from the staffing bureau of the Ministry of Defense. The sample used in this research amounted to 100 employees. The research sample for a population of 100 respondents. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SPSS version 25. This study proves that discipline has a negative effect on personnel performance. Motivation has a positive effect on personnel performance.
