Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structur, and Corporate Social Responsibility to company value. This population is consumption companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2014 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived from 19 companies that meet the criteria and total company 36 companies during the observation period of four years. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The results showed that profitability has negative no significant influence towards the firm value, while the capital structure has positive and significant influence towards the firm value, and the corporate social responsibility has negative no sognificant influence towards the firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 19 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 36 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan empat tahun. Total sampel 76 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
