Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian intern dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja manajerial PT Sucofindo. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengendalian intern dan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja manajerial sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena menekankan pada pengujian teori-teori melalui pengukuran variabel-variabel penelitian dan melakukan analisis data dengan prosedur statistik. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pejabat struktural PT Sucofindo yang meliputi senior manajer dan vice president atau kepala divisi masing-masing sub bisnis unit. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 75 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel pengendalian intern berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja manajerial. Begitu juga dengan variabel Good Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja manajerial. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Intern, Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Manajerial. This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Control and Good Corporate Governance to managerial performance at the State Owned Company PT Sucofindo. The variables used in this study are Internal Control and Good Corporate Governance as the independent variable and managerial performance as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative methods because it emphasizes testing theories through measuring research variables and analyzing data with statistical procedures. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Primary data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to structural management including Senior Manager and Vice President or Head of sub business unit. The sampling technique are using methods purposive sampling within 75 despondences. Based on the results of the analysis found that both Internal Control and Good Corporate Governance has significant effect on managerial performance variables.
