Abstract

Current developments in public transportation technology have shown very rapid progress, especially the technological systems owned by aircraft. Basically an aircraft has 3 core systems to carry out all steering and control processes, namely the hydraulic system (hydraulic), pressurized air (pneumatic), and electrical. However, if the low level indication on the hydraulic does not appear on the ECAM, troubleshooting must be carried out to re-emerge the indication. Troubleshooting also must race against accurate and up-to-date references, namely the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and Troubleshooting Manual (TSM) that have been referred to in such a way. In this study we sought a solution to the loss of this indication by using analytical induction analysis by eliminating negative cases from all the hypotheses given by the authors. The hypothesis given by the author is the hypothesis of damage to the component, the hypothesis of physical damage to the installation, as well as the electrical hypothesis. After eliminating some of the hypotheses given, it was found that there was a disconnected connection between the sensor yellow transmitter and the Hydraulic System Monitoring Unit (HSMU). The test continued with the measurement of the connection from pins 8J and 7J from HSMU to pin B and pin C from the yellow transmitter connectors Measurements on the connection between HSMU and SDAC get 0.7 Ω for pins 8J to 9F and 0.76 Ω for pins 7J from HSMU to pin 9F from SDAC. Improvements of the components obtained an average of 1.36 Ω for the connection from the transmitter pin B to pin 8J from HSMU and 0.73 Ω from pin 7J HSMU to pin A from the transmitter. The hypothesis of physical damage is getting the closest response because at the first measurement results are obtained 1.5 cm while the second result is 2.5 cm, so there is a difference of 1 cm on the bend wiring radius which greatly affects the measurement conditions and performance of each component Keywords: Analytical induction, Yellow Hydraulic Transmitter, HSMU, Airbus Perkembangan teknologi transportasi umum saat ini telah menunjukkan kemajuan yang sangat pesat, terutama sistem teknologi yang dimiliki oleh pesawat terbang. Pada dasarnya pesawat terbang memiliki 3 sistem inti untuk melakukan segala proses kemudi dan kontrol, yakni sistem hidrolik (hydraulic), udara bertekanan (pneumatic), dan elektrikal. Namun apabila indikasi low level pada hidrolik tersebut tidak muncul di ECAM maka harus dilaksanakan troubleshooting guna memunculkan kembali indikasi tersebut. Troubleshooting yang dilakukan pun harus berpacu pada refrensi yang akurat dan terkini yakni Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) dan Troubleshooting Manual (TSM) yang sudah di referensi sedemikian rupa Pada penelitian ini dicari penyelesaian dari hilangnya indikasi ini dengan menggunakan analisa induksi analitis dengan mengeliminasi kasus negative dari semua hipotesa yang telah diberikan oleh penulis. Adapun hipotesa yang diberikan oleh penulis adalah hipotesa kerusakan pada komponen, hipotesa kerusakan fisik pemasangan, dan juga hipotesa elektrikal. Setelah mengeliminasi beberapa hipotesa yang diberikan didapatkan adanya koneksi yang terputus antara sensor yellow transmitter ke Hydraulic System Monitoring Unit (HSMU). Pengujian dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran sambungan dari pin 8J dan 7J dari HSMU ke pin B dan pin C dari konektor yellow transmitter Pengukuran pada sambungan antara HSMU dan SDAC mendapatkan hasil 0.7 Ω untuk pin 8J ke 9F dan 0.76 Ω untuk pin 7J dari HSMU ke pin 9F dari SDAC. Perbaikan dari komponen didapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 1.36 Ω untuk sambungan dari pin B transmitter ke pin 8J dari HSMU dan 0.73 Ω dari pin 7J HSMU ke pin A dari transmitter. Hipotesa kerusakan fisik pemasangan mendapatkan respon paling mendekati karena pada hasil pengukuran pertama didapatkan hasil 1.5 cm sedangkan hasil kedua didapatkan hasil 2.5 cm, sehingga ada perbedaan 1cm pada bend radius pemasangan kabel yang mana sangat berpengaruh pada kondisi pengukuran dan performa tiap komponennya Kata kunci: Induksi Analitis, Yellow Hydraulic Transmitter, HSMU, Airbus
