Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 perusahaan sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2012-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapat adalah sebanyak 7 perusahaan sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2012-2018. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi BEI, Idx.co.id dan situs resmi lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Return on Asset (ROA) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Company Value. The population in this study were 65 companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical sectors which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2018 period. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method, so that the final sample obtained was 7 companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2012-2018 period. The research data uses secondary data taken from the IDX official site, Idx.co.id and other official sites. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that: Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while Return on Equity ( ROE) has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
