Abstract

In a manufacturing company with mass production, production planning is very important, especially in working assignments on the assembly line. Improper arrangement and planning result in every workstation at the time of assembly having different production speeds. PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia is a company that produces a variety of food and beverage materials in Indonesia. One of the beverage products produced by PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia include Jussie Milky Strawberry 90 ml. On the Jussie Milky Strawberry Line 90 ml there is an imbalance of working time on the Packing workstation where there is more time high enough That is 165 minutes while the standard set by the company is 120 minutes. The data taken is the work element data per station and cycle time during the period of 1 April 2019 – 5 May 2019 as many as 30 attempts and has been tested for adequacy and uniformity of data. Obtained time cycle of the station is dissolving 83 minutes, Blending 75 minutes, UHT 145 minutes, Filling 90 minutes and Packing 165 minutes and obtained Takt Time by 120 minutes. This research focuses on Packing workstation because it crosses the Takt Time limit. Using the Yamazumi Chart, you get the cycle of Packing work station for 120 minutes and using the Region Approach method, the cycle time of the Packing station is 155 minutes. From these two experiments, Yamazumi Chart is chosen because it can suppress the cycle time of Packing workstation to the Takt Time limit while the Region Approach method can only reduce the cycle time to 155 minutes and still pass the Takt Time limit. Keywords: Cycle Time, Takt Time, Yamazumi Chart, Region Approach Method Dalam lingkungan perusahaan bertipe manufacturing dengan produksi massal, perananan perencanaan produksi sangat penting, terutama dalam penugasan kerja pada lintas perakitan (assembly line). Pengaturan dan perencanaan yang tidak tepat mengakibatkan setiap stasiun kerja dilintas perakitan mempunyai kecepatan produksi yang berbeda. PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai jenis bahan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Salah satu produk minuman yang diproduksi PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia diantaranya Jussie Milky Strawberry 90 ml. Pada line Jussie Milky Strawberry 90 ml terdapat ketidakseimbangan waktu kerja pada stasiun kerja Packing dimana terdapat waktu lebih yang cukup tinggi yaitu 165 menit sedangkan standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu 120 menit. Data yang diambil adalah data elemen kerja per stasiun dan waktu siklus selama periode 1 April 2019 – 5 Mei 2019 sebanyak 30 kali percobaan dan telah diuji kecukupan serta keseragaman data. Didapat waktu siklus perstasiun yaitu Pelarutan 83 menit, Blending 75 menit, UHT 145 menit, Filling 90 menit dan Packing 165 menit serta didapat Takt Time sebesar 120 menit. Penelitian ini berfokus pada stasiun kerja Packing karena melewati batas Takt Time. Dengan menggunakan Diagram Yamazumi didapat waktu siklus Stasiun Kerja Packing sebesar 120 menit dan dengan menggunakan Metode Region Approach didapat waktu siklus Stasiun Kerja Packing yaitu sebesar 155 menit. Dari kedua percobaan tersebut, Diagram Yamazumi dipilih karena dapat menekan waktu siklus Stasiun Kerja Packing sampai batas Takt Time sedangkan Metode Region Approach hanya bisa menekan waktu siklus menjadi 155 menit dan masih melewati batas Takt Time.
