Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Dexa Medica Cabang Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Dexa Medica cabang Ciputat yaitu sejumlah 57 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, Motivasi This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Job Stress and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Dexa Medica Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The measurement in this study uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. Dexa Medica Ciputat branch of 57 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
