Abstract

R & D institutions play an important role in innovation because this organization produces a variety of knowledge that comes from experiences and experiments and integrates them for the creation of new knowledge and products. Patents are a rough measure of innovation and are a measure of performance of R&D institutions. The low productivity of the National Aeronautics and Space Institute's patent indicates an innovation capability problem. The purpose of this study is to find out specific factors in sharing knowledge that can influence the innovation capabilities of the National Aeronautics and Space Institute. These factors, referred to as knowledge management enablers, refer to the individual dimension (learning motivation, interpersonal trust, knowledge-self efficacy), the organizational dimension (top management support and reward system), and the technology dimension (information and communication technology use). The results of the analysis using the PLS-SEM method, it is known that the interpersonal trust variable, knowledge-self efficacy from the personal dimension and ICT use from the technology dimension, are the variables that have the most positive influence on knowledge sharing with the parameter coefficient values respectively of 0.263, 0.467 , and 0.159 with a significance level of ρ <0.05. Whereas the variable top management support and reward system from the organizational dimension did not directly influence knowledge sharing with the t-count value of 0.806 and 0.022 at the significance level ρ> 0.05. The results also showed that knowledge sharing had a positive effect on innovation capabilities with a parameter coefficient of 0.478 at a significance level of ρ 0.000 <0.05. Lembaga litbang berperan penting dalam inovasi karena organisasi ini menghasilkan berbagai macam pengetahuan yang berasal dari pengalaman-pengalaman dan eksperimen serta mengintegrasikannya untuk penciptaan pengetahuan dan produk baru. Paten merupakan ukuran kasar dari inovasi dan menjadi salah satu ukuran kinerja Lembaga litbang. Rendahnya produktivitas paten Lembaga Penerbangan dan Antariksa Nasional mengindikasikan adanya persoalan kapabilitas inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor spesifik dalam berbagi pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi Lembaga Penerbangan dan Antariksa Nasional. Faktor-faktor dimaksud, disebut sebagai knowledge management enablers, yang mengacu kepada dimensi individu (learning motivation, interpersonal trust, knowledge-self efficacy), dimensi organisasi (top management support dan reward system), dan dimensi teknologi (information and comunication technology use). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM, diketahui bahwa variabel interpersonal trust, knowledge-self efficacy dari dimensi personal dan ICT use dari dimensi teknologi, merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh positif terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dengan nilai koefisien parameter secara berturut-turut sebesar 0.263, 0.467, dan 0.159 dengan taraf signifikansi ρ<0,05. Sedangkan variable top management support dan reward system dari dimensi organisasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dengan nilai t-hitung 0.806 dan 0.022 pada taraf signifikansi ρ>0,05. Hasil penelitian juga menujukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dengan nilai koefisien parameter sebesar 0,478 pada taraf signifikansi ρ 0.000<0,05.
