Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Training, Work Motivation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance of Agent Inbound Contact Center 121 PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta. This study was conducted on 75 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach with non probability sampling method using saturated sampling, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis used is multiple linear regression and processed with PLS version 3.2. Keyword : Training, Work Motivation, Leadership Style, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Agent Inbound Contact Center 121 PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode non probability sampling menggunakan jenuh sampling, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan PLS versi 3.0. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan
