Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perngaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Danapati Abinaya Investama JAKTV. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 karyawan, dan menggunakan rumus slovin dalam menentukan sampel. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 171 karyawan. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 171 karyawan PT Danapati Abinaya Investama JAKTV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisi deskriptif yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Danapati Abinaya Investama JAKTV. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Budaya organisasi, Motivasi, Kepuasan kerja This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, organizational culture, and motivation on job satisfaction at PT Danapati Abinaya Investama JAKTV. The population in this study were 300 employees, and used the Slovin formula in determining the sample. The study sample was 171 employees. Data collected using primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 171 employees of PT Danapati Abinaya Investama JAKTV. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and data analysis used using descriptive analysis that is processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that the work environment, organizational culture, and motivation are significant and positive towards job satisfaction of employees of PT Danapati Abinaya InvestamaJAKTV.
