Abstract

Major capitals such as Jakarta in recent years have experienced high population growth, which has encouraged rapid development of the city. Urban planning models are needed that can address various urban problems in an integrated way. One concept of planning for public transportation as well as regional development is known as Transit Oriented Development (TOD). In urban planning, transit-oriented development (TOD) is a type of urban development that maximizes the amount of residential, business and recreational space within walking distance of public transportation. TOD aims to increase the use of public transportation and encourage sustainable city growth. The city of Cipete Raya as the location of the development of TOD, is the location of this design case located in the 1 km radius area of the Cipete Raya MRT Station. With the selection of the function of the MICE Hotel building the theme of the Green Building with the concept of Sustainable. As possible create buildings that are able to be in harmony with the environment. When looking at the main function of the MICE Hotel is as a place to rest and place to carry out large-scale activities at the convention and exibiton itself supported by transportation facilities Cipete Raya MRT. Keywords: Green Building, Sustainable, TOD, MRT, MICE Hotel Ibu Kota besar seperti Jakarta dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi sehingga mendorong perkembangan kota dengan pesat. Diperlukan model perencanaan kota yang dapat mengatasi berbagai persoalan perkotaan secara terintegrasi. Salah satu konsep perencanaan sarana transportasi publik sekaligus pengembangan kawasan dikenal sebagai Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Dalam perencanaan kota, pembangunan berorientasi transit (TOD) adalah jenis pembangunan perkotaan yang memaksimalkan jumlah ruang hunian, bisnis, dan rekreasi dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari transportasi umum. TOD bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan angkutan umum dan mendorong pertumbuhan kota yang berkelanjutan. Kota Cipete Raya sebagai lokasi pengembangan TOD, merupakan lokasi kasus perancangan ini terletak pada kawasan radius 1 km stasiun MRT Cipete Raya. Dengan pemilihan fungsi bangunan Hotel MICE ini mengusung tema Green Building dengan konsep Sustainable. Sebagaimana mungkin menciptakan bangunan yang mampu selasar dengan lingkungan. Bila melihat fungsi utama dari Hotel MICE adalah sebagai tempat beristirahat dan tempat melaksanakan kegiatan dalam skala besar di convention dan exibiton sendiri yang didukung sarana transportasi MRT Cipete Raya.
