Abstract

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a response to the increase and change that is experienced by the city of Jakarta today. More and more migrants have an impact on the increasing infrastructure and development of the region, one of which is the development of Transit Oriented Development in Cibubur area. Transit Oriented Development Not only combines the transit factor with the commercial side but also presents green open space, public open space and the creation of potential-the pedestrian movement in the region with the concept of Design Green Architecture. Green architecture can be interpreted as a sustainable, environmentally friendly building, and buildings with excellent performance in energy efficiency and resource Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan respon akan peningkatan dan perubahan yang dialami oleh kota Jakarta saat ini. Semakin banyaknya pendatang memberikan dampak terhadap meningkatnya infrastruktur dan pengembangan kawasan, salah satunya adalah pengembangan Transit Oriented Development di kawasan Cibubur. Transit Oriented Development ini tidak hanya mengkombinasikan faktor transit dengan sisi komersial tetapi juga menghadirkan ruang terbuka hijau, ruang terbuka publik dan terciptanya potensi – potensi pergerakan pejalan kaki di kawasan tersebut dengan konsep desain Green Arsitektur. Green Arsitektur dapat di artikan sebagai bangunan yang berkelanjutan, ramah lingkungan, dan bangunan dengan performa sangat baik dalam efisiensi energi dan sumber daya.
