Abstract

Jakarta merupakan ibukota yang memiliki penduduk yang padat dan tidak merata. Jumlah populasi yang terus meningkat bersamaan dengan kurangnya jumlah perumahan menengah kebawah menciptakan berbagai masalah. Solusi untuk membuat hunian yang dapat dimiliki untuk pekerja menegah kebawah merupakan solusi tepat untuk mempermudah dan mengefisienkan lahan pada kawasan yang padat dan tidak merata. Membuat hunian vertikal yang menekankan konsep bangunan hemat energi dan cross zero run off untuk upaya yang berkesinambungan dengan alam dan tidak mencemari ekosistem tanaman.
