Abstract

Organizational Excellence is an organization that has integrated governance to develop strategies and translate these strategies into real action. However, in practice many companies experience obstacles in implementing strategies that are built, whether there is no unit that facilitates on strategy management, no standard process to ensure its implementation, not align between the strategies with the business processes of each unit. From the background of these problems, to strengthen the phenomenon in the company, the authors conducted a field study with all stakeholders, both at the head office level and each subsidiary to obtain feedback. The purpose of this research is to design a corporate framework to support the implementation of strategy management, aligning business processes with strategies, arranging the role of organizational units in managing strategic to compiling effective company's performance. The results obtained by developing a strategic management framework at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk, increases one of the company's business processes in the Continuos Improvement area, so that it gives a significant impact in 2019 as many as 438 topics or an increase of 580% from the previous year, with the estimated revenue as 10,848,000 USD and total estimated cost saving and revenue calculated of 97,846,167 USD. Keywords: Strategy Management Framework, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Deployment, Strategy Execution, Strategy Review and Evaluation, Continuous Improvement. Perusahaan yang unggul adalah perusahaan memiliki tata kelola terpadu yang mampu membangun strategi dan menerjemahkan strategi tersebut kedalam tindakan yang riil. Namun pada prakteknya banyak perusahaan mengalami kendala dalam mengimplementasikan strategi yang dibangun, baik tidak adanya unit yang memfasilitasi pengelolaan strateginya, tidak adanya proses baku manajemen untuk memastikan implementasinya, tidak selarasnya antara strategi yang ditetapkan dengan proses bisnis setiap unit. Dari latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, untuk menguatkan fenomena yang terjadi di perusahaan, penulis melakukan studi lapangan dengan semua pemangku kepentingan, baik dilevel kantor pusat maupun setiap anak perusahaan untuk mendapatkan masukan ataupun gambaran sesungguhnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang kerangka kerja strategi korporasi dalam mendukung implementasi sistem pengelolaan strategi, menyelaraskan proses bisnis dengan strategi yang telah ditetapkan, menyusun peran unit organisasi dalam pengelolaan strategi, serta penyusunan evaluasi kinerja yang efektif guna mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menyusun kerangka kerja manajemen strategi di PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk, peningkatan bisnis proses salah satu unit perusahaan diarea Continuos Improvement, sehingga memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam pencapaiannya pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 438 topik atau meningkat 580% dari tahun sebelumnya, dengan perolehan estimasi revenue yang dapat dihitung sebesar 10,848,000 USD dan total estimasi revenue dan cost saving sebesar 97,846,167 USD.
