Abstract
The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Tangibility and Non-Debt Tax Shield influence simoultaneously and partially on Capital Structure. Research conducted at Consumer Goods Industry, Basic Industry And Chemicals and Miscellaneous Industry companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The research population was 149 companies, with the sample of 30 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is data panel analysis. The result showed that the Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Tangibility and Non-Debt Tax Shield influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure. The research also revealed that Size influence partially positive significant and Liquidity, Profitability and Tangibility influence partially negative significant on the Capital Strucuture. On the other hand, only 24,9% movement of Capital Structure can be predicted from the movement of the five independent variables. Keywords : Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Non-Debt Tax Shield, Data Panel Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Tangibility dan Non-Debt Tax Shield terhadap Struktur Modal. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan Manufaktur sektor dasar dan kimia, sektor aneka industri dan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 149 perusahaan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Tangibility dan Non-Debt Tax Shield berpengaruh secara bersama-sama pada Struktur Modal. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan dan Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Tangibility berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada Struktur Modal. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hanya 24,9% dari komposisi penentuan Struktur Modal perusahaan dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan lima variable independen di atas.
