Abstract
This study aims to analyze the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and financial compensation significantly influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Jakarta 3 Kedoya Branch. Type of quantitative research, the population of all permanent employees of PT. Bussan Auto Finance Jakarta 3 Kedoya Branch. Sampling techniques with saturated samples / surveys. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style, organizational culture, and financial compensation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Jakarta 3 Kedoya Branch. His advice is that the company can maintain and improve services for financial compensation, to improve employee job satisfaction, the company can improve the authoritarian leadership style associated with the payroll and bonus systems. Keywords: leadership style, organizational culture, financial compensation, job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi financial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bussan Auto Finance Cabang Jakarta 3 Kedoya. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Bussan Auto Finance Cabang Jakarta 3 Kedoya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh/survey. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi financial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bussan Auto Finance Cabang Jakarta 3 Kedoya. Sarannya pihak perusahaan dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap kompensasi finansial, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan maka perusahaan dapat meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter yang berhubungan dengan sistem penggajian dan bonus. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja.
