Abstract

This distribution and transportation network allows products to move from locations where they are produced to the location of consumers or users who are often limited by great distances. The ability to deliver products to customers on time, in the right amount and in good conditions will ultimately determine the product will be competitive in the market. To create competitive advantage, companies can no longer rely on traditional ways of distributing company products. Technological developments and innovations in distribution management have enabled companies to create fast delivery times and high efficiency in distribution networks. Distribution of products to consumers takes time, consumers need accuracy in time and number of customers. PT. Boni Cipta Sejahtera Bandung is a company engaged in manufacturing, while the products that are produced are pastries and those products which distribute their products to several customers including permanent customers. The distribution can be completed with Heterogeneous Vehichle Routing Problem (VRP). One of the VRP methods used is the Clarke and Wright Savings method which has a way of selecting customer locations based on the time savings obtained and will be improved by the Tabu Search algorithm method which has a way of working to guide each stage in order to produce a minimum objective function without being trapped into the initial solution found during the stage. The next step is the improvement method with Tabu Search which aims to get the minimum distance and time from the previous method. Based on current company data to distribute pastries to 94 customers in the Bandung area and its surroundings are still based on driver knowledge. Based on the two methods chosen, taboo search produces the most optimum route seen from the total distance and time taken more efficiently than the actual conditions. The Clarke & Wright method, the company already has route maps in the distribution of pastries. The total distance produced is 560.94 kilometers with a total time of 39.8 hours. Taboo method with the completion time generated by 37.4 hours with a total distance of 475.69 kilometers. As for the savings obtained by the proposed route that has been made for the company, then there are distance savings made based on the calculation of the initial method namely Clarke and Wright Savings as for savings after using the taboo algorithm method search within 72.75 (km) and 147.45 (minutes) in terms of time. Proposed distribution routes obtained based on data processing can increase vehicle utilization based on transport capacity and the company's horizontal planning time. So that it can affect the cost of distribution by the company. Kata kunci: Vehicle Routing Problem, Clarke and Wright Savings, Tabu Search. Jaringan distribusi dan transportasi ini memungkinkan produk pindah dari lokasi dimana mereka di produki ke lokasi konsumen atau pemakai yang sering kali dibatasi oleh jarak yang sangat jauh. Kemampuan untuk mengirimkan produk ke pelanggan secara tepat waktu, dalam jumlah yang sesuai dan dalam kondisi yang baik sangat menentukan produk tersebut akhitnya akan kompetitif di pasar. Untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif, perusahaan tidak lagi bisa mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional dalam mendistribusikan produk-produk perusahaan. Perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi dalam manajemen distribusi memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menciptakan kecepatan waktu kirim serta efisiensi yang tinggi dalam jaringan distribusi. Pendistribusian produk kepada konsumen membutuhkan waktu, konsumen memerlukan ketepatan dalam waktu maupun jumlah pelanggan. PT. Bonli Cipta Sejahtera Bandung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, adapun produk yang dhasilkan yaitu kue kering dan produk tersebut yang mendistribusikan produknya kepada beberapa pelanggan yang diantaranya adalah pelanggan tetap. Pendistribusian tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan Heterogeneous Vehichle Routing Problem (VRP). Salah satu metode VRP yang digunakan adalah metode Clarke and Wright Savings yang mempunyai cara kerja pemilihan lokasi pelanggan berdasarkan penghematan waktu yang didapat dan akan diperbaiki dengan metode algoritma Tabu Search yang mempunyai cara kerja menuntun setiap tahapannya agar dapat menghasilkan fungsi tujuan yang lebih minimum tanpa terjebak kedalam solusi awal yang ditemukan selama tahapan berlangsung. Tahap selanjutnya adalah metode perbaikan dengan Tabu Search yang bertujuan mendapatkan jarak dan waktu yang minimum dari metode sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data perusahaan saat ini untuk mendistribusikan kue kering ke 94 pelanggan di wilayah Bandung dan sekitarnya masih berdasarkan pengetahuan supir. Berdsarkan kedua metode yang dipilih, tabu search mengasilkan rute yang paling optimum dilihat dari total jarak dan waktu yang ditempuh lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan kondisi aktual. Metode Clarke & Wright, perusahaan telah memiliki rute maps dalam pendistribusian kue kering. Total jarak yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 560,94 kilometer dengan total waktu sebesar 39.8 jam. metode Tabu Searh waktu penyelesaian yang dihasilkan sebesar 37.4 jam dengan total jarak 475.69 kilometer.Adapun penghematan yang didapat usulan rute yang telah dibuat untuk perusahaan, maka terdapat penghematan jarak yang dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan metode awal yaitu Clarke and Wright Savings adapun pengematan setelah menggunakan metode algoritma tabu search dalam jarak sebesar 72.75 (km) dan dari segi waktu 147.45 (menit). Usulan rute distribusi yang didapatkan berdasarkan pengolahan data dapat meningkatkan utilisasi kendaraan berdasarkan kapasitas angkut dan waktu perancanaan horizontal perusahaan. Sehingga dapat mempengaruhi biaya distribusi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Kata kunci: Vehicle Routing Problem, Clarke and Wright Savings, Tabu Search.
