Abstract

By increasing car sales in Indonesia, will influence supply chain improvement needed specifically in the field of transportation. There fore we need a method that can answer the challenges of present-day supply chains, namely cheap and environmentally friendly supply chains, namely transportation using the milk-run method. Need for further assessment is done to be able to see whether the transportation with the milk-run method that has been running is optimal. This research is intended to make observations to increase the productivity of milk-run that has been running. The method that will be used is a combination of mapping and recording that has been running by using the development method of value stream mapping (VSM), namely transport value stream mapping (TVSM) where optimization will be carried out using linear programing methods on 3 factors: usability, turnaround time milk-run route this tree factor will connect to costs operation of milk-run. It is hoped that by using methods that can improve the optimization of the routes that have already been carried out, a route that is slightly improved and cheap is obtained. By using the second method, it is expected to increase the productivity of milk-run that has been running Keyword: Supply Chain, Transportasi, Milk-run, Productivity, TVSM, Program Linier Dengan semakin meningkatnya penjualan mobil di Indonesia dituntutnya peningkatan dibidang rantai pasok khususnya dibidang transportasi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya suatu metode yang dapat menjawab tantangan dari rantai pasok masa kini ini yaitu rantai pasok yang murah dan ramah lingkungan yaitu transportasi dengan menggunakan metode milk-run. Perlunya dilakukan pengkajian lanjutan untuk dapat melihat apakah transportasi dengan metode milk�run yang sudah berjalan sudah optimal. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan observasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dari milk-run yang sudah berjalan. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah gabungan dari pemetaan kondisi yang sudah berjalan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan dari value stream mapping (VSM) yaitu transport value stream mapping (TVSM) dimana nanti akan dilakukan optimalisasi dengan menggunakan metode program linear pada 3 faktor yaitu kapasitas terpakai, waktu perputaran dari rute milk-run dimana nantinnya akan berhubungan dengan biaya operasional dari milk-run. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode tersebut dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi rute yang sudah berjalan sehingga didapatkan rute yang sedikit polusi dan murah. Dengan mengunakan kedua metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dari milk-run yang sudah berjalan.
