Abstract

UD. Kelapa Kering is one of the home industry IKM companies in the industrial area of Klaten, the products made are orders from consumers, such as handicrafts made from coconut ingredients. At UD. Kelapa Kering is still found in many conditions that are not ergonomic. This can be seen from the part of wood sanding using facilities that incorrectly load tables directly occupied by operators without chairs, each work process has factors that cause stress postures, repetitive activities, continuous work (static) localized mechanical activity ( contact), pressure, and vibration. So it needs to be repaired to move to move focus to employees. Job risk assessment with RULA before the designer obtained a score of 6 for this posture, then the sanding body posture depends on level 3, which is very risky, and after re-assessing the risk of injury to the sanding section by using workmanship 3 which means injury risk low. Kelapa Kering merupakan salah satu IKM perusahaan home industry yang berada di wilayah sentra industri Klaten, produk yang dibuat merupakan pesanan dari pihak konsumen, seperti kerajinan-kerajinan tangan yang terbuat dari bahan dasar kelapa. Pada UD. Kelapa Kering ini masih banyak dijumpai berbagai kondisi yang tidak ergonomis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pada bagian pengamplasan kayu penggunaan fasilitas kerja yang salah berupa meja yang diduduki langsung oleh operator tanpa kursi, setiap proses kerja memiliki faktor risiko yakni Postural stress, Repetitive exertions, Sustained (static) exertion Localized mechanical (contact) streses, dan Vibration.Sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan secepatnya untuk meminimalkan paparan ergonomic terhadap karyawan (pekerja). pengukuran resiko kerja dengan RULA sebelum perancang ini didapatkan score 6 untuk postur tubuh tersebut, maka postur tubuh bagian pengamplasan berada pada level 3, yaitu sangat beresiko, dan setelah melakukan pengukuran ulang tingkat resiko cidera pada bagian pengamplasan dengan menggunakan usulan perbaikan fasilitas baru maka diperoleh skor 3 yang artinya tingkat resiko cidera rendah.
