Abstract
This apartment building structure is located in West Jakarta which functions as a residence. The building was built with 40 floors and 36 mezzanine floors. The height of the building reaches 22900 mm and is classified as a high-rise building or skyscraper. The soil condition where the building is on medium ground is in accordance with SNI 1726: 2019. The structural system of the building is a dual system consisting of special moment bearing frames and shear walls. The shear walls are placed in two different locations where one is positioned as a core wall that is used for the lift location and the other is for stairs. For the writing of this final project, the building structure will be redesigned from one without an outrigger and belt-truss system to using an outrigger and belt-truss system and not changing the number of floors. The purpose of using this system is to reduce drift that occurs in buildings. This multi-storey building design follows SNI 2847: 2019 regarding concrete building structures, SNI 1729: 2020 regarding steel structures for designing belt-truss. Examination of buildings against earthquakes follows the SNI 1726: 2019 regulations regarding structural requirements for earthquake forces. The building is designed with an R of 5.5. this value was chosen by considering the results of previous studies. Because in the SNI 1726: 2019 regulation regarding earthquakes, the structural system with an outrigger and belt-truss system is still not regulated. In placing the outrigger system and belt-truss 3/4 of the height of the building structure. From the preliminary design results obtained beam dimensions: 800 x 400 mm, column dimensions 2000 x 1700 mm, plate dimensions: 190 mm, outrigger dimensions: 700 mm, belt-truss dimensions: IWF 450.450.26.28 mm. Keywords: multi-storey building, outrigger, bet-truss, earthquake, reinforced concrete shear wall Struktur gedung apartemen ini terletak di Jakarta Barat yang difungsikan sebagai hunian. Gedung tersebut dibangun dengan julamh lantai sebanyak 40 lantai dan 36 lantai mezzanine. Ketinggian dari gedung tersebut mencapai 22900 mm dan tergolong sebagai gedung bertingkat tinggi atau pencakar langit. Kondisi tanah dimana Gedung tersebut berada pada tanah sedang sesuai dengan SNI 1726:2019. Sistem struktur dari gedung tersebut yaitu sistem ganda yang terdiri dari rangka pemikul momen khusus dan dinding geser. Dinding geser di tempatkan pada dua lokasi berbeda dimana yang satu di tempatkan sebagai core wall yang difungsikan untuk lokasi lift dan lokasi lainnya untuk tangga. Untuk penulisan tugas akhir ini, struktur gedung akan dirancang ulang dari yang tanpa sistem outrigger dan belt-truss menjadi mengunggunakan sistem outrigger dan belt-truss serta tidak merubah jumlah lantai. Tujuan dari penggunakaan sistem ini untuk mengurangi drift yang terjadi pada gedung. Perencanaan gedung bertingkat ini mengikuti SNI 2847:2019 mengenai struktur bangunan beton, SNI 1729:2020 mengenai struktur baja untuk mendesain belt-truss. Pemeriksaan bangunan terhadap gempa mengikuti peraturan SNI 1726:2019 mengenai syarat-sayarat struktur terhadap gaya gempa. Bangunan didesain dengan R sebesar 5.5. nilai ini dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan hasil studi terdahulu. Karena di dalam peraturan SNI 1726:2019 mengenai gempa, sistem struktur dengan sistem outrigger dan belt-truss masih belum diatur. Dalam penempatan sistem outrigger dan belt-truss 3/4 dari ketinggian struktur gedung. Dari hasil preliminary desain didapat dimensi balok: 800 x 400 mm, dimensi kolom: 2000 x 1700 mm, dimensi pelat: 190 mm, dimensi outrigger: 700 mm, dimensi belt-trus: IWF 450.450.26.28 mm.
