Abstract

Earthquake is a dynamic load that can cause a very large lateral force and is often a major factor in damage to structures. Planning for earthquake-resistant building structures is an absolute must, especially in earthquake-prone areas such as Indonesia, so that the addition of a shear wall in the building functions to withstand the lateral forces caused by earthquakes and increase the stiffness of the structure. sliding walls cannot be used without the presence of several openings in them such as doors, elevators, corridors, mechanical and electrical conduits. With the openings, it will certainly have an influence on the stiffness of the shear walls in holding lateral loads. In this final project, the authors analyze the effect of sliding openings on buildings. The data of the existing structural elements are used as the initial pathway. In the analysis using two structural models, namely with and opening with the help of Etabs v.18.1.1 software, and referring to SNI 1726: 2019 Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non-Building Structures, SNI 1727: 2013 Minimum Load for Building Planning Buildings and Other Structures, and SNI 2847: 2019 Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings and their Descriptions, using a Special Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMK) The results of the analysis show that the effect of the openings on the shear wall is that in the Type I structure (without openings) the reinforcement ratio is 0.012989402 with the need for reinforcement D22-130, while in the Type II structure (with openings) it is obtained amounting to 0.022328889 with the need for reinforcing D32-160. While the transverse reinforcement that is processed in both structural models is the same, namely D10-112.5. Keywords: Shear Wall, Openings, Earthquake, Load, Concrete, Analysis, Etabs. Gempa merupakan salah satu beban dinamis yang dapat menimbulkan gaya lateral yang sangat besar pengaruhnya dan sering kali merupakan faktor utama penyebab kerusakan pada struktur. Perencanaanan struktur gedung tahan gempa merupakan hal yang mutlak dilakukan terutama pada daerah di wilayah rawan gempa seperti Indonesia sehingga penambahkan dinding geser (shear wall) pada bangunan gedung yang berfungsi untuk menahan gaya lateral yang diakibatkan oleh gempa dan angin dan meningkatkan kekakuan struktur. Dinding geser tidak mungkin digunakan tanpa adanya beberapa bukaan (openings) di dalamnya seperti jendela, pintu, lift, koridor, saluran-saluran mekanikal dan elektrikal. Dengan adanya bukaan (openings) tentu akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kekakuan dinding geser dalam menahan beban lateral. Pada tugas akhir ini, pemulis menganalisa pengaruh bukaan dinding geser pada bangunan gedung. Adapun data-data elemen struktur eksisting digunakan sebagai patojan awal. Dalam analisanya digunakan dua model struktur yaitu dengan dan tamp bukaan dengan bantuan software Etabs v.18.1.1, dan mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019 Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, SNI 1727:2013 Beban Minimum Untuk Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, dan SNI 2847:2019 Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung dan Penjelasannya, dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) Hasil analisis, didapatkan pengaruh dari bukaan (openings) pada dinding geser (shear wall) adalah pada struktur Tipe I (tanpa bukaan) didapat rasio tulangan sebesar 0,012989402 dengan kebutuhan tulangan D22-130, sedangkan pada struktur Tipe II (dengan bukaan) didapat sebesar 0,022328889 dengan kebutuhan tulangan D32-160. Sedangkan tulangan transversal yang di butuhkan pada kedua model struktur sama yaitu D10-112,5. Kata Kunci: Dinding Geser (Shear Wall), Bukaan (Openings), Gempa, Beban, Beton, Analisis, Etabs.
