Abstract

The result of this study to determine is to obtain empirical evidence about the impact of growth, capital structure and profitability to firm value. The sample in this research is property, real estate, and building construction company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012–2015. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling methods and obtained a total sample of 31 companies The source of the data of this research was conducted from annual report and sustainability report. The method of analysis used with multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the research, partially Debt Policy (DER) and Profitability (ROE) has a positive influence on the Company's Corporate Value (PBV), while the Growth has no effect on the Company's Corporate Value Keywords: Capital Structur, Growth, Profitability, firm value. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property, Real Estate, dan Building Construction yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2015. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan Sumber data penelitian ini dilakukan dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini secara parsial bahwa Struktur Modal (DER) dan Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(PBV) sedangkan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan (GROWTH) tidak berpengaruh Nilai Perusahaan(PBV) Kata kunci : Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan.
