Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (SIZE) and profitability (ROA) on firm value. The population in this study were 13 automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Foam (IDX) for the period 2013-2018. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method, so that the final sample obtained was 6 automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews9 program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and firm size have no effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) dan profitabilitas (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Busa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2018 dengan jumlah 13 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapat adalah sebanyak 6 perusahaan sektor otomotif terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program Eviews9. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
