Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of political organization, organizational climate, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. The object of this research is 60 Kartika X-2 Jakarta employees. The approach used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that political organizations had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta employees. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta employees. Organization culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Political organization has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta employees. Organizational climate has a positive and not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta employees. Organization culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Political Organization, Organizational Climate, Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh political organization, organizational climate, dan organizational culture terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta sebanyak 60 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan political organization berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Organizational climate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Organization culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Political organization berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta.
