Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of incentives, work motivation and work performance on job satisfaction of Bank Bukopin Branch S. Parman Jakarta. The problem of this study is whether incentives, work motivation, and work performance have an effect on the job satisfaction of Bank Bukopin Branch S. Parman Jakarta?. The researcher used the theory of incentives, work motivation and work performance. The type of research used is inductive statistical research using quantitative design of multiple linear regression analysis which then processes the data processed with SPSS 23. The number of respondents as many as 51 employees and the research instrument used is a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale consisting of 53 statements that arranged based on indicators and dimensions that support each research variable. The results showed that incentives and work performance did not significantly influence job satisfaction, while work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee satisfaction at Bank Bukopin Branch S. Parman Jakarta. Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Bukopin Cabang S. Parman Jakarta. Masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah insentif, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Bukopin Cabang S. Parman Jakarta?. Peneliti menggunakan teori insentif, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian statistik induktif ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang kemudian pengolahan datanya diproses dengan program SPSS 23. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 51 karyawan dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert terdiri dari 53 pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi yang mendukung masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif dan prestasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Bukopin Cabang S. Parman Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Insentif, Motivasi Kerja, Prestasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja
